Elisa Ewing of Sebring has a lot to love on her first Mother's Day. Eight tiny fists clutching the air, 40 toes and just as many fingers. Four little mouths shaping yawns, crying in hunger. Two sets of identical twins -- two boys, two girls, born April 3. Hunter, Preston, Gabrielle and Alexandria. Perfect, each one.
